How it works
When your claim is approved, a virtual card will be created, loaded and delivered to you via email within minutes
Once your virtual card has been activated online, a custom physical card will be created and shipped to you via Canada Post based on the shipping information provided by you - make sure your address is correct
Once the physical card has been activated, funds from the virtual card will be available on the physical card
Keep this card! Future claims can be loaded onto this card again and again

You will be able to check your card balance, view transaction history, suspend/unsuspend
your card, and update your address
If your card is lost/stolen, Berkeley's 24/7 call centre can assist with a replacement
card which will be mailed directly to you
Virtual cards can be used for online transactions only and your physical card can be
used for both instore and online transactions wherever MasterCard is accepted worldwide
